Getting an Interview
Tyco will review your profile and resume to identify whether your skills, education and experience meet the requirements of the open position. You may be invited for a phone or in-person interview to further assess whether your knowledge, skills and experience are a good fit for the position.
If you are invited back for second and subsequent rounds of interviews, you will meet with numerous representatives before a final hiring decision is made. During the interview process, we will look for you to demonstrate significant expertise and depth of experience in your particular area. In addition, we will pay close attention to assessing your compatibility with Tyco’s culture.
Getting an Offer
If we determine that you would make a positive addition to Tyco at the conclusion of a successful interview process, we will extend an offer to you. There is no set timeframe for receiving an offer after you interview with us. If you receive and accept an offer, we will work with you on the specifics around your start date, benefits and if applicable, any relocation arrangements.
Don’t be discouraged if you’re not chosen for the position you’ve applied for. New jobs open frequently and you may be the ideal candidate for another position. Check now for other opportunities that may match your background and experiences.
